– 1 onion (red’s fine) sliced very finely
– 1 medium green or savoy cabbage, sliced thinly
– 2 apples, peeled, cored and sliced thinly
– Olive oil
– Vinegar (balsamic, wine or cider)
- Heat a little oil in a large pan and saute the onions for a few minutes.
- Add the apples and cook for a minute.
- Add the cabbage a dash of vinegar, seasoning and a little water.
- Stir over a high heat until everything is combined and the cabbage is just cooked.
