Join us for webinars on energy efficiency for businesses

This autumn Energy Solutions Oxfordshire is holding a series of fortnightly online webinars exploring topics relating to the importance of energy efficiency for businesses – how it can help organisations save money on their energy bills, improve comfort for staff and customers, and do their bit for the planet. These webinars are brought to you in collaboration with Oxfordshire Greentech, a business network for the low carbon sector.

We know that not every business has the money to put towards energy efficiency work, and that this can often be a barrier. That’s why, as part of the ESOx service, we’re able to support organisations with low-interest loan and other financing opportunities to pay for upfront costs – with the savings made to your energy bills covering the loan repayments.

In this webinar Alex Rathmell of EnergyPro Ltd will give an overview of how the financing works for energy efficiency projects through Energy Solutions Oxfordshire. We’ll then be joined by a couple of finance companies who will run through their options to give an idea of how it works in practice and the options available.

Oxford Brookes’ Environmental Information Exchange team (one of our ESOx project partners) are experts at undertaking energy assessments and audits, and in this webinar we’ll be joined by Michael Esvelt and Moira Dorey who will explain the importance of understanding your existing energy use, and what an energy audit entails.

We’ll also hear from a building expert on the process for installing these measures, and there will be plenty of time for you to put your own questions to our speakers.
